By watching and participating in an online snack workout, you are agreeing to the following disclaimer and informed consent.

  • Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program may result in injury.

    • By performing any of the exercises in this program, you assume all risks of injury from doing so. Injury risk can never be completely mitigated, as injuries can happen by accident.

    • Always use the first few exercises as a chance to warm up and never exercise beyond the level at which you feel comfortable.
