This style of coaching extends beyond traditional face-to-face interactions, allowing for constant, on-the-go communication betweenus. Great for those overthinkers who need more consistent feedback.

  • Each month we have a private chat via Zoom or phonecall to help you with goal setting, understanding and overcoming barriers and we address any misinformation that may have impacted your fitness journey so far.

2 coaching calls delivered via zoom or phone call per month (30 minutes) to discuss goals, strategize, overcome hurdles and gain some supportive accountability. This package is all about building connection and getting the support you need to overcome the things that stand in your way. You can switch these for PT sessions if you prefer.
